We can offer as little or as much assistance as you need, from basic letting services to full-time management of your student property.
Over the years, we have also formed strong relationships with many people within the industry, which we now use for our clients’ benefit. We can offer advice and put you in touch with people for mortgages, financial planning, and insurance. We even offer a secure online landlord resource, where you can log in and keep track of your accounts.
There are three main levels to the services we offer:
Let only
We will take care of everything required to let your property: marketing, contract signing, and even taking the deposit for you.
Rent collection
In addition to the above, we will also collect your monthly rental payments. If the rent is not paid on time, we will chase the payments and manage the situation on your behalf.
Fully managed
If the idea of having a minimum amount of input appeals to you, this service is perfect. It includes everything in the previous two options, plus inspections, maintenance, regulatory compliance, certificates, and inventories.
